PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement constitutes a public offer of Shev Studios and sets out the terms and conditions for purchasing goods through the online store at shevstudios.com.

1.2. By placing and/or paying for an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1.3. The legal relations between the Seller and the Buyer are governed by the applicable laws of Ukraine.

3. Placing an Order

3.1. The Buyer independently selects the product, size, color, and quantity and places an order through the website.

3.2. Information about the product, its characteristics, and the current price is provided on the website at the time the order is placed.

3.3. After the order is placed, the Seller may contact the Buyer to clarify the details of the order.

3.4. The order is considered accepted after confirmation by the Seller and/or payment by the Buyer.

4. Price and Payment

4.1. The price of the product is indicated on the website and is valid at the time the order is placed.

4.2. Payment is made using the payment method available on the website at the time the order is placed.

4.3. Unless otherwise stated on the website, the order must be paid in full, amounting to 100% of its total value.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery is available within Ukraine and to other countries where delivery is available, using the methods indicated on the website.

5.2. Delivery costs are paid by the Buyer unless otherwise stated on the website.

5.3. The estimated delivery time depends on the selected delivery method, destination country, and the carrier’s operations.

5.4. In the event of a delivery delay caused by the carrier, the Seller will assist the Buyer in resolving the issue but shall not be responsible for delivery times that depend on the carrier.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1. The Buyer has the right to return or exchange a product in the cases and within the time limits provided by the applicable laws of Ukraine.

6.2. To arrange a return or exchange, the Buyer must contact the Seller using the contact details provided on the website.

6.3. The product being returned or exchanged must be in proper condition, unused, and retain its original appearance, unless otherwise provided by law.

6.4. If the Buyer receives a product with a manufacturing defect, the Buyer must notify the Seller. The replacement of the product or refund shall be handled in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.

6.5. Refunds are processed in the manner and within the time limits provided by the applicable laws of Ukraine.

7. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

7.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with a product that corresponds to the placed order.

7.2. The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate information necessary for processing and delivering the order and to pay for the order in a timely manner.

7.3. If the ordered product is unavailable or circumstances arise that make it impossible to fulfill the order, the Seller shall notify the Buyer and, where applicable, refund the amount paid.

8. Personal Data

8.1. By placing an order, the Buyer provides the personal data necessary for processing, payment, and delivery of the order.

8.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine and the Shev Studios Privacy Policy.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement. The amended version shall become effective upon its publication on the website, unless otherwise required by law.

9.2. If any provision of this Agreement contradicts the applicable laws of Ukraine, the relevant provisions of the law shall prevail.

9.3. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If the Parties fail to reach an agreement, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.
