Payment and delivery

Standard dispatch takes 2-3 business days (weekends not included). For a preorder, production takes 5-8 business days and the parcel is dispatched the day after it is ready.

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. With that number you can track your order at any time on the official Nova Poshta website and see when it has reached the branch. Delivery within Ukraine is handled by Nova Poshta, either to a branch or to your address. The delivery cost is paid by the customer on receipt, at the carrier's rates. We guarantee that your order is packed properly, handed to the carrier on time, and that you are given a correct tracking number — but we cannot, unfortunately, take responsibility for loss, damage or any other wrongful act by postal staff. We strongly recommend checking that the packaging is intact when you collect the parcel and, if it is damaged, filing a claim with the carrier. That said, we are always glad to help and to advise on anything to do with delivery.

International delivery worldwide is handled by Ukrposhta, except to the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. Delivery times depend on the region and the destination country and average from two weeks to a month. The cost of international delivery varies by destination country and is paid together with the purchase. To find out the exact delivery cost for your order, add the item you want to the cart and choose the destination country in the checkout window. Once the parcel is sent we will email you a tracking number so you can follow it.

You can place an order and collect your purchase from our studio at 16 Sobranetska Street, Uzhhorod.

Payment on the site is cashless, through the MONO PAY system.

Important! For cash on delivery, Nova Poshta charges an additional commission of 20 UAH + 2% of the transferred amount.
